Info on fees:
My rates start at $250. Larger properties are billed per hour at $250ph.
I am based in Maplewood NJ. Properties outside of the local are may incur a travel fee.
Need me to photograph the exterior on a separate date because the landscaping looks fab but the inside isn’t ready yet? My fee is $50.
If something was fixed or upgraded and you need me to partially photograph or reshoot parts of the inside, my fee is $250.
Would you like a slideshow of the stills set to the music of your choice? My fee is $125.
Would you like a video tour done at the same appointment? $200. Any other time, it’s $250.
Turn around time: I make every effort to deliver the MLS sized files the same day. I replace the sky at no charge. If needed, grass replacement is 24 to 48 hours turnaround time. Payment is do upon delivery.
